VincentCare Victoria’s Marian Community Specialist Family Violence Services provides a 24/7 crisis service to victim survivors at risk of or experiencing family violence in the Goulburn region of Victoria, supporting victim survivors within the City of Greater Shepparton and from across the Shires of Moira, Strathbogie, Mitchell, and Murrindindi.
Core services include crisis accommodation, refuge, intensive case management, risk assessments, safety planning, provision of material aid, transport, and court support, all delivered in an inclusive and non-judgmental setting. The Marian Community team takes a holistic approach focused on safety, recovery, independence, and wellbeing. The service is grounded in principles of social justice, dignity, and respect, recognising the widespread impact of family violence across our diverse communities.
Business hours services are available 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday from purpose-built offices located in Shepparton and Seymour.
After hours services are available weeknights from 5pm – 9am the following day, weekends and public holidays.
Can be referred via The Orange Door, Victoria Police or self-refer
