Overview
Our Place Seymour in partnership with Omnia Community Health welcomes Consultant Paediatric Dr Luke Sammartino to our new Paediatric Clinic.
Who can be referred to the clinic?
Any child (0-18 years) requiring review by a paediatrician for:
+ Medical review and ongoing management for children with chronic or complex medical conditions.
+ Developmental assessments, diagnosis and management of development disorders,
Access and Referral Information
Email referral letter to: paedsadmin@omniach.org.au
Drop off the referral to Our Place, located at The Seymour Family & Children’s Centre 29 Stewart Street Seymour.
