Adult victim survivors of family violence, predominantly women.
Overview
The Sand Tray & Terrarium Group is a two‑session, trauma‑informed therapeutic group designed for adult victim survivors of family violence, predominantly women.
The program uses aspects of sand tray therapy and creative symbolism to support participants to externalise experiences of fear, stress, and harm, and to safely explore empowerment, protection and future‑focused healing.
The model is strengths‑based, and highly accessible making it easy, enjoyable and effective.
