Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people over the age of 50.
Non-Indigenous people who are Community connected i.e. may be a carer or care recipient.

Support to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders (Over the age of 50) and their families to navigate and gain services through the Aged Care Services sector.

Availability
Rhiannon is located at the Rumbalara’s Seymour Office and available via appointment Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. The main office can be contacted Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Fridays 9am-4pm.
