    Children from birth to 17 years are eligible.

Overview

Nexus Primary Health are available on site at Our Place (Seymour Family & Children’s Centre) each week to deliver Occupational Therapy to children from birth to 17 years of age to help them with a range of difficulties.

Occupational Therapy for children helps kids with a range of difficulties. This can include:

Movement, strength, attention and concentration, sensory processing, toilet training, sleep, diet, making friends and managing emotions.
Suitable for children who have a disability.

Access and Referral Information

No GP referral necessary. Families can self refer to Our Place and complete a registration form. An appointment is required.

Availability

Fridays 9am-4:30pm during school term.
