Welcome to the new Seymour Community Program Directory. Thanks for joining us! As with any new project it's possible that we only got it 99% right. If you have any suggestions, or see any information that needs updating, please contact us.
The Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) is for those receiving support from Goulburn Valley Mental Health Services aged 16 to 64 who are having a challenging time with their mental health.
EIPSR program offers flexible one-on-one support to help improve a person’s mental and physical health, when and where they need it.
EIPSR supports people to engage in their community, manage daily tasks, secure stable employment and housing, and connect with family and friends.
You can expect one-one-one support from a support worker for the journey of the program. EIPRS support may include:
– developing and working towards recovery goals
– linkages to other relevant services
– increasing independence, self-confidence and self-determination
– developing daily living skills
– improving general health and well-being
– exploring study, volunteering, or employment opportunities
– engagement with carers, family and partners
– increasing social and community participation
– assistance with budgeting
– support in understanding and accessing the NDIS, if eligible.
We are here to support you however you need us to. Whatever your situation, background, cultural needs or individual preference, you’ll always be respected and heard.
