Overview

Goulburn Options Group Programs operate primarily out of our program spaces at 28 High Street, and 16-18 Station Street, Seymour, between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Group Programs see participants supported to engage their strengths, hobbies and interests in a positive and active environment, with the aim of increasing each individual’s independence and capacity. Generally, Group Programs are delivered at a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio, but Goulburn Options also offers 1:1 support within group settings.

Group Programs are designed and implemented to suit the individuals taking part in them — GO uses the industry standard Person-Centered Approach, which ensures everyone gets the most out of their time at GO and is supported to achieve their own specific goals.

As a participant with GO, you choose which programs you would like to take part in, and if you’re unsure, Goulburn Options will support you to look at your NDIS goals and choose which programs best suit you!
