Eligibility
Pregnant and in your third trimester, or parents with a baby up to 6 months of age. Must be able to commit and attend weekly groups in person over a 12-month period and be willing to work in a small group environment with other parents and babies.
Overview
A free program that supports parents for 12 months during prenatal and early postnatal periods.
Evidence-based content is delivered by two highly skilled facilitators weekly to provide newborns with the best and most supportive start in life. The latest advice on safe and recommended sleep and feeding guidelines are covered, underpinned by attachment theory, the circle of security and an understanding of brain development.
