Funded by the Australian Government, the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme provides a friendship connection to isolated members of our ageing community across the Hume Region.
This wonderful program brings you together with elderly residents in your community. Visit people in their home or in care facilities and develop friendships that can be cherished and rewarding.
Please read the conditions of becoming an Aged Care Volunteer Visitor before commencing your registration.
People interested in volunteering can complete a registration form at https://www.thecentre.vic.edu.au/sport-and-community/community-visitors-scheme/
By appointment.
